Combine together 1/2 cup Espresso Balsamic Vinegar, 1/2 cup Vermont Maple Balsamic Vinegar, and 1 bottle of semi-dark beer in a Ziploc bag or glass dish. Place your chicken breasts in the marinade and refrigerate for at least one hour, but the longer the better!
Grill or bake your chicken...enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 loaf French Bread
3 to 4 tablespoons Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef or turkey breast
1/2 cup bread crumbs (or Panko)
1 egg
1 tablespoon diced sweet onion
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese (or a mixture of both)
1/2 cup Espresso Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup Ketchup
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice the French Bread loaf in half lengthwise. With the sliced side up, cover the bottom and sides with foil. Drizzle the cut sides of the bread with the Tuscan Herb Olive Oil. Mix the remaining ingredients together and spread on the bread. Place on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until brown. Serves 8.
