Simply delicious Tuscan Herb Roasted Tomatoes.
Ingredients:
Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
Cherry, Grape and Yellow Pearl Tomatoes
Preparation:
Clean and dry Cherry, Grape and/or Yellow Pearl tomatoes, then cut in half. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and drizzle with Tuscan Herb Olive Oil until lightly coated. Bake for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees until the edges start to char. Turn tomatoes over and bake another 15-20 minutes until tomatoes are roasted to desired degree. Enjoy as a side dish or on your pasta or in chili or tomato sauce dishes. May also place in freezer safe container and freeze for later use.
