Hailing from the heart of Puglia in Southern Italy, this robust Coratina is slightly bitter, herbaceous, spicy and extremely pungent, indicating a desirable high phenolic antioxidant content. Middle notes of artichoke and fennel are followed by a lingering spicy finish.
