This early harvest green oil from Chile is very fresh with strong spicy fruitiness, bitterness, and nice pungency. It has very few ripe fruit characteristics, but many complex green flavors of artichoke, green banana, mint, and cinnamon with a strong, spicy, black pepper finish.
