The green herbaceous flavors of nettle, green tea, and black pepper are evident alongside the dominant and typical green banana flavor of the variety. This is a robust, dark green and very fresh early-harvest Koroneiki. It is very well balanced with strong fruitiness and pungency and nice bitterness.
