Balsamic Sliders

Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar adds a delicious flavor to your burgers on the grill!

2 Tablespoons Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
4 Tablespoons Chipotle Olive Oil, plus extra for buns
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced
sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
2 lbs ground beef (the leaner the better)
12 small buns or rolls
condiments: cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion

Place ground beef in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix to combine well. Shape into 2 inch patties about 1/2 inch thick. Grill for about 4 minutes, turn over and grill for an additional 4-5 minutes. If adding cheese, add to burgers for last 2 minutes of grilling. Slice buns in half and brush with Chipotle Olive Oil.
