Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar is the secret ingredient in this fabulous dessert!
1 pint fresh blackberries
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons sugar
1 container pineapple sherbet
1 liter pineapple soda
1 teaspoon Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the blackberries, water, sugar and Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar until begins to boil and a sauce develops. Use a fork to mash the blackberries. Continue to cook until thickens, then turn heat off and cool. To prepare the floats, put two scoops pineapple sherbet in a glass. Pour sauce over the sherbet and fill the glass with pineapple soda. Serve.
