This very fresh Hojiblanca was harvested quite green in October. It has a great aroma and a complex herbal profile typical of the variety. It is robust with a strong bitterness and pungency to match the intense fruitiness. The bold, green, herbaceous flavors include: sage, mint, cinnamon, green apple, green banana, green tea, nettle, and spicy black pepper.
