Unlike fused extra virgin olive oil, infused olive oil has gone through a process of having flavor added to the olive oil after it has been made. Our infused extra virgin olive oils are made with the freshest extra virgin olive oils available in our importer’s collection that are most aesthetically compatible with the natural products they use to flavor them with. This simple mandate dictates that the freshness and quality of our infused olive oils will be second to none.
Our importer painstakingly moves our infused collection to coincide with the fresh crush coming out of both hemispheres. It is a labor of love that we hope you find evident in the flavor, freshness, and healthfulness of our fused and infused extra virgin olive oils.
